There are instances where both the "bird" emblem glyph and one of the "bone" allographs appear together in the same context, as illustrated above. Here we see the name of the famous Palenque ruler K'inich Janahb' Pakal followed by a "Ballplayer" title and two different emblem glyphs. The "bird" emblem glyph is read K'uhul Matwil Ajaw, and the "bone" K'uhul B'aakal Ajaw.
