This dark figurine sits with legs crossed, arms comfortably resting on thighs. The heavy wrinkling on the face marks it as the effigy of an old man, possibly even as the portrait of an actual individual. The fact that its mouth is open, as if in the act of speaking, suggests that this figurine may have been part of an ensemble or group arrangement.
